Just a short note to thank you for your work yesterday.  Though a potentially unpleasant experience, your professionalism, alert attention to detail, and wise guidance, made the mediation process bareable.  Actually, now that we are on the other side of the process, and I have had time to review the final outcome, we are both much more relaxed and positive about moving forward into the future.  Your experience, obvious love of the job, and good sense of the issues made the difference.  Thank you.
