Arbor Heights Man Stabbed In Domestic Dispute

A 25-year-old Arbor Heights man was rushed to Harborview Medical Center in Seattle on May 21 at approximately two in the morning after he was stabbed in the stomach with a kitchen knife during an alleged domestic dispute.

According to West Seattle Blog and the West Seattle Herald, the Seattle Fire Department, Seattle Police Department, and emergency medical responders were called to the scene after a 911 call about a domestic violence incident. Witnesses at the scene reported that the stabbing took place when a woman’s ex-boyfriend broke into the home and attacked both her and another woman in the residence. A man in the residence stopped the assault by stabbing the man with a kitchen knife.

The stabbing victim has been arrested for domestic violence assault and the case is still under investigation. The police report that there are no outstanding suspects and that a K-9 Unit searched the property for evidence. Police stress that they have heard different facts and different stories from the various participants and witnesses of the crime and are sorting out the evidence and various accounts.

The Washington State domestic violence incident took place in the 3700 block of SW 99th St. in West Seattle.
