Halle Berry's Bitter Custody Battle Continues After Judge Drops Dependency Court Case Against Her Ex
Last month, Aubry was accused of pushing a nanny who was holding Nahla, and ordered to appear in court to determine if restrictions needed to be placed on his custodial rights. TMZ said that the judge gave Aubry a series of orders on keeping Nahla safe, and then dismissed the case.
This comes just days after Aubry filed legal documents asking a judge to award him $15,000 to $20,000 a month in child support payments so that he can provide Nahla with a home similar to what she has grown accustomed to. He also requested money to purchase clothes for Nahla and take her to visit his family in Canada, according to TMZ.
A hearing to address the child support payments will be held on April 9, 2012.
