Jenny Seibert grew up in the Seattle suburb of Mukilteo. In high school, she relocated with her family to Charlotte, North Carolina. She attended the University of North Carolina for her freshman year, where she majored in journalism. She relocated with her family once more, this time back to Washington, and spent the rest of her undergraduate career at the University of Puget Sound, where she graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Business.

Jenny has over four years of customer service and administrative operations experience within the legal, retail, and non-profit industries. She is passionate about working with people and ensuring that clients receive excellent service.

In her spare time, Jenny enjoys spending time with her three dogs, researching her family's genealogy, taking walks around Seattle, and eating out.
