It can be a long process, and most of the cases we handle tend to be a long process because there are many issues to work out.  You could have a relatively simple divorce that you could be done within three to four months if there's no children and no property.  Or it could be two years if you've got a lot of fights about what's going to happen to the kids now and what's going to happen to the property?
